Senija is a small town just outside of Benissa, with easy access to the coast and both Valencia and Alicante airports it is an affordable town to buy a house. This house has 4 bedrooms, workshop, lounge, dining room, roof terraces and a useful store room. Very spacious and ready to move into.

The approach is via two different streets. 1 access top the front and the other to the back.

Office room has been used as a bedroom 5 but this has no window so we do not call it a bedroom. However, this room would make a good bathroom or an office or a dressing room.

Roof terrace is a great size and a very sunny position with views over the valley. Space for dining and space for sunbathing.

Outside to the rear of the house from the dining room is access to further accommodation, an additional store room, summer kitchen and stairs up to another room and an additional roof terrace.

Summer kitchen has an old fashioned oven, an original well and this room has access to the rear store room.

Rear store room with a door to the street and roadside access. A useful room for paddle boards, bicycles, golf clubs or general outdoor activity items.

1st floor above these rooms is another room, previously used as a hobby room with a window and another roof terrace.

My overview is this is a very good house in good condition. A reasonable price and would make a great permanent home. The town is friendly with several bars and restaurants and a nice community.

Main town Benissa is 2 km away with major supermarkets, banks and more shops and bars etc. A good cycling route and plenty of walking routes.
