I am a legal and registered estate agency and I have been working here in the Costa Blanca North/Costa Azahar/ Marina Alta for many years, selling properties in all price ranges and all types. I am a trusted agent and you can ask to speak to other clients who have bought and sold through me over the years for reassurance.

I can recommend independent lawyersgestors for you to be able to make an informed decision. They do not work for me and if you instruct them they will work for you. Registered in Valencia they can help you will conveyancing and litigation.

Currency exchange, it may seem easier to just send your money through the bank, however with the fluctuations in Exchange rates fluctuate and I always recommend a broker to get you the best value on your exchange. 

I can help with arranging mortgages with the bank and an independent mortgage adviser, if you are not a resident of Spain the rule is you need to have a 30-40% deposit. The usual debt, income and expenditure checks will be carried out the same as in your own country.

When you have either bought or sold a property, I can send you a list of useful contacts such as plumbers, builders, gas fitters and so on. If you need any help with anything I will try my best to help you.
