A palatial villa situated in one of the most prestigious urbanisations on the Costa Blanca North. With 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private swimming pool, well equipped summer kitchen, fabulous views of the sea, golf course and national park, various terraces, garage, driveway, underfloor heating. The approach to the villa is via electric gates and down the driveway with lighting, plenty of parking and turning space, garage with electric up and over door and a side pedestrian door. Steps lead down and around the villa, with wall lighting and outside water taps, door to the boiler room containing the hot water cylinder, underfloor heating system. On the roof are solar panels for hot water, this is not the main supply but keeps the bills down as the water is already hot before entering the main water tank. Main reception hall with Valencian double opening doors with windows and shutters, chandelier, door to the utility room, stairs leading down to the main living accommodation and stairs leading to bedrooms 1 & 2 and family bathroom. Utility room is in 2 sections, the front section used for the ironing and with a window to the front, door to the side and a hallway leading to the washing area with space and plumbing for the washing machine, and dryer also with a window to the side elevation. 1st floor with a galleried landing and a super view over the main sitting room, lighting and a door leading to the inner hall. Inner hall with doors leading to bedroom 1, 2 and family bathroom, door to the 1st floor terrace, 2 sets of built in cloaks cupboards and lighting. Bedroom 1 with 2 windows to the front elevation, celling lighting, built in wardrobes with sliding doors, air conditioning unit. Family bathroom has a feeling of walking into Roman baths, the bath is a whirlpool, jacuzzi bath and the views from the bath tub are magnificent, with 3 windows, 2 obscured and 1 which is not over looked but has the clear views up the coastline towards Valencia. Bedroom 2 with a window to the front elevation, built in wardrobes with sliding doors, air conditioning unit and lighting. 1st floor terrace with plenty of dining or entertaining space, outside lighting, views are uninterrupted up the coast to Valencia, over the golf course and the Mediterranean Sea. Main Floor: Sitting room is a beautiful light spacious room with very high vaulted ceilings, opening doors leading to the naya, patio door leading to the enclosed naya, currently used as a dining room, open square arch with Roman pillars either side leading to a dining room, currently used as the TV room. Wood burner inset stove, wall lighting, looking up towards the main entrance is a beautiful galleried landing with ornate rail fonds. In addition to the under-floor heating they have two very large upright radiators, so when it is not cold enough to have all the heating on you can choose to just take the chill off the room. There are double opening patio doors leading to the open Naya which is also a wonderful seating area to enjoy the views. There is a little piece of history here!! Enclosed Naya dining room with stunning views, a really fabulous entertaining room, in the winter the glass curtains are closed and, in the summer, they completely open up to let the outside inside. Views are spectacular, SEA, GOLF including the golf lakes and of course Montgo national park and mountain. Snug/ dining room (next to the kitchen) Has a window to the side elevation, double opening doors and a Juliette balcony with wonderful views towards the golf course, Mediterranean Sea, and Montgo mountain. Lighting and door to the kitchen. Kitchen is a generous size with country style units and worksurfaces. Fitted Smeg oven, 4 ring gas hob with hotplate and an extractor above, window to the side elevation, American style fridge freezer, double sink with mixer tap over, dishwasher, lighting, glass display units and door leading to a very spacious larder. Hallway leading to bedrooms 3 , 4 and family shower room. Ceiling lighting, built in double wardrobes with sliding doors, air conditioning unit. Guest suite Bedroom 4 with sliding patio doors leading to a very sunny terrace, a room for a double bed and a relaxing sitting room area, stairs to the lower level. Terrace off the bedroom has outside lighting, a very sunny position including winter sun, the views over the countryside towards sleeping Indian mountain and the Mediterranean Sea. Lower Floor: Guest suite Bedrooms 5 and 6 poolside level. Bedroom 6 is a generous size double bedroom, or would make a great lounge for older family members as you access bedroom 5 through this room. We have a window over to the sea view side, air conditioning unit, radiator, video intercom to let people in through the main gates, door to bedroom 5, door to shower room and door to main house. Sliding patio doors to the poolside. Bedroom 5 is a double bedroom with a triple built in wardrobe with sliding doors, ceiling light, window with golf course and sea views. Shower room with a walk-in shower, w.c, wash basin with a mirror over, window with obscured glazing and ceiling light. Poolside shower, guest cloakroom with w.c and wash basin. The pool is 9.5m x 5.5 meters with Roman Steps for ease of access. The views are spectacular you can see all the way up to Valencia, La Sella Golf, Montgo mountain, sleeping Indian mountain and the coastline of Denia. Poolside Terrace with lighting, plenty of entertaining, relaxing and sunbathing space, here is an electric awning for shade when eating outside the summer kitchen. Stairs leading to the 1st floor, sliding patio doors leading to guest suite. Summer outdoor kitchen with fully opening glass curtain doors, a range of base and wall units, space for upright fridge freezer, fitted BBQ, 2 ring gas hob with an extractor over, ceiling beams, light and fan, double sink with mixer tap and window over, glass display cabinets and of course the views are wonderful.
