Rear terrace which is part covered terrace for dining out of the sun in the summer, this could be made into something quite spectacular with a bit of thought. It has water and power so maybe a summer kitchen?

Staircase leading to the 2nd roof terrace which I would use for sunbathing and not entertaining as the summer sun will be too hot.

The local town of Pedreguer has so much to offer, the sports centre has a municipal swimming pool and you can buy a summer pass to use it. Local tennis club, equestrian centre, La Sella Golf course is not too far away along with Oliva Nova Golf and Javea Golf courses.

The town has a Sunday Rastro market, Saturday farmers market, several supermarkets, varius tapas bars and restaurants, Denia beach is just 10-15 minute drive away and Javea beaches 20 minutes away. So close to the coast but not having to pay the coast prices. The bus goes to Denia from Pedreguer.

Other shops such as the artisan bread shop just opposite Casa Cultural awarded one of the top 10 in the whole of the Valencian region, several vets, I use the one owned by Teresa Veteracan, they are excellent.
