This is a modern town house with front and rear gardens. Situated in a good location on the outskirts of Denia.  4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, wood burning stove in sitting room, modern kitchen, utility room, double glazing, shutters and currently lived in by the owner.

Due to the current situation with the Corona Virus we have not managed to visit this house in person. However, when we do get to visit the house, we will take more photos and get a good description. The photographs are the owners own.

This part of Denia is very popular as it is close to the beaches, the town centre and the countryside. In the immediate area there are some fabulous restaurants, beaches, sports centre and tennis club all within walking distance.
