Absolutely fabulous. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated in the town of Miramar near Gandia. 1.5km to the beaches and on a bus route. With a private balcony overlooking the town hall square with a pretty garden and water feature. The owner has left and moved back to the UK (she is 83) and is now closer to her family. Any sensible offer considered.

The approach to the apartment is via a communal entrance with an entry system. There are a few steps leading to a landing with access to the lift. The 2nd floor landing has just 2 apartments.

Reception hall of the apartment is light and very spacious with doors leading off to all accommodation.

Lounge has double opening doors to the reception hall, a large window to the front overlooking the pretty gardens and a door to the terrace. The terrace has space for seating and a small table and chairs. A great place to enjoy the gardens below.

The location is very well situated and within walking distance to all the local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Miramar is a very pretty town with a sports centre with a municipal swimming pool, it is on a bus route to Oliva, Gandia and the beaches. The beaches are about 1.5km away from the main town, but unlike the beach side the town of Miramar is open all year, so you can come anytime and find a bar or a restaurant open.
