There are two communal swimming pools, neither are very busy, the gardens are maintained within the communal fees which are just under 100€ per month. This gives you the benefit of not having to organise gardeners or pool cleaners and is actually good value for money.
Locally La Sella has a mini supermarket, chemist, restaurant, sports hotel which also has a lovely restaurant, tennis club, horse riding centre, padel courts and petanque courts.
The drive to Denia beaches is approximately 10 minutes, Montgo Mountain has some wonderful walking routes along with La Sella itself. 
The urbanisation has much to offer including 24 hour security, it is a very clean urbanisation and you always have the feeling of being safe.
I personally would recommend this house to most people, if you want a garden and a good location then this is one to definitely visit.
